摘要
在长角血蜱若虫饱血后不同的发育阶段点滴不同剂量的法呢醇,发现在饱血当天、10天,20μg/蜱的剂量明显地延长了若虫的蜕皮前期;饱血后5、12天,则无此效应。在这三个时期,大剂量(如20,50μg/蜱)均能引起较高的死亡率(蜕皮前死亡)。推测长角血蜱若虫有内源的、结构类似昆虫保幼激素的物质参与其蜕皮的激素调控。
Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann nymphs were topically applied with 5,10,20,50μg/tick of farnesol at different time after feeding,on the day of engorgement(ED group);5 and 12 days postengorgement(5-PE and 12-PE group).The premolting period was significantly prolonged by 10 to 20μg/tick of farnesol in nymphs of the ED group but was normal in those of 5-PE and 12-PE groups (in comparison to untreated and acetone-treated control groups).Large doses(20-50μg/tick) of farnesol also caused high mortality in all treated groups.The results supported an endogenous tick juvenoid, similar to insect juveline hormones may be involved in the hormonal control of Haemaphysalis tongicornis nymphs molting and development processes.
