摘要
本文研究在圆光栅作为分度基准的高精度测角设备中,提高莫尔条纹信号精度和质量的方法。采用大视场接收、十头平均和裂相差分,获得较好的结果。
It is necessary to obtain a pair of photoelectric moir fringe signals with high accuracy and superior quality used in precision angle measuring instrument in which a radial grating is used as dividing standard. In this paper, a method of enhancing accuracy of moir fringe signals and improving their quality is researched.Some satisfactory results are gotten by means of technique of big scanning field of receiving, ten reading heads average and separated phase differential,etc.
