摘要
仿真与人工智能相结合是解决调度问题的重要手段。本文重点讨论了一体化仿真软件辅助决策系统的设计与实现,该辅助决策系统采用仿真、优先规则和专家系统技术实现了对FMS日生产计划和调度的决策支持。本文还对三个实例进行了分析。
Combining simulation and artificial intelligenceis is an important means to solve scheduling problems. this problems. paper facuses on designing and implementation of the decision supplement system (DSS). To be a part of Integrated manufacturing simulation software (IMSS), DSS can provide dicision support for FMS daily production planning and scheduling by using simulation, priority-rules and expert system techniques. Its effectiveness is demonstrated with three examples.
