摘要
在碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯试验中,首次采用波形齿夹具锚对碳纤维布进行锚固。研究证实这种端部锚固方法能够阻止片材由于弯剪斜裂缝引起的剥离向端部发展,将片材的剥离限制在局部区域内;在加载的中后期,锚具承担了碳纤维布中大部分拉力,防止了片材与混凝土之间粘结树脂过大的剪切变形,有效地防止了片材的剥离破坏;采用波形齿夹具锚对碳纤维布进行锚固,对提高片材的利用率具有非常显著的作用,特别是当碳纤维布层数较多、厚度较大时。
To resolve the problem of the debonding failure of concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets (CFS), a new anchorage method was tested. The method is that the end of CFS was anchored by wave-shaped-geargrip anchorage (WSGG anchor). The research showed that the WSGG anchor can prevent the debonding failure of CFS from expanding to the end of CFS due to the crack of bend and shear loads. That is to say that the debonding failure of CFS was restricted to the local area. It is found at first that the WSGG anchor bears most of CFS tension force, especially at the medium or post loading term,which will avoid the debonding of CFS effectively because the shear deformation and slip of the resin layer between the CFS and concrete are decreased greatly.
