家蚕生命力、茧质性状双列杂交遗传分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据中、日系8个原种的完全双列杂交试验和遗传分析结果,家蚕的虫蛹率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率4个性状同时受基因的加性和显性效应控制;万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量2个性状的显性效应大于加性效应。茧层率具胞质效应,表现不完全显性,其他5个性状均为超显性。狭义遗传力以茧层率最高,万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量最低。有效基因群以虫蛹率和茧层率最多,为10—12个,其他均在4—6个之间。全茧量、茧层量和茧层率不存在基因的上位效应,而其他3个性状存在非等位基因间的互作。6个性状的显性均为增效作用。 Genetic analysis on the inheritance from diallel crosses made with 8 lines of silkworm originated form China and Japan indicated that the genetic variances, pupation rate, cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and percentage of cocoon shell wieght were controlled by genes with additive and dominant effects. The effects of dominance for the cocoon crop and cocoon shell crop of 10 thousand worms were quantitatively greater than the additive effects of genes.Except the percentage of cocoon shell weight which was controlled by imcomplete dominant genes, other five inherited traits i.e. pupation rate, cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, amounts of cocoon crop and of cocoon shell crop of 10 thousand Worms were over dominant.Cytoplasmic effects were only observed in percentage of shell weight.The highest heritabillties in the narrow-sence estimated were the percentage of cocoon shell weight, and the lowest were the amounts of cocoon crop and of cocoon shell crop, in 10 thousand worms.The effective gene numbers estimated were the highest in the pupation rate and the percentage of cocoon shell ranging form 10 to 12 and others were from 4 to 6.No epstatic effects in cocoon rate, cocoon shell weight and the percentage of cocoon shell crop were observed,There were interactions of non-allele genes for other 3 traits i.e. pupatipn rate, the amount of cocoon crop and of cocoon shell crop, of 10 thousand worms. The dominance of 6 traits were additive.
