摘要
目的观察电子胃镜下喷洒V2胃止血胶+洛镁赛治疗老年性十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法60例十二指肠溃疡的老年患者,随机分成喷胶组采用镜下喷胶+洛镁赛20mg,qd,晨服,连续2周;对照组单用洛镁赛20mg,qd,晨服,连用2周,2周后复查胃镜。结果2周后溃疡愈合率喷胶组91.17%明显高于对照组57.68%(P<0.01)。两组间疤痕形成的差异也有显著性(P<0.01)。结论镜下喷胶+洛镁赛治疗老年性十二指肠溃疡能促进溃疡愈合,减少疤痕形成,安全可靠。
Objective To observe clinical effect of hemostatic glue sprayed by gastroscope and esomeprazole magnesium enteric- coated tablets on aged patients duodenal ulcer . Methods 60 aged patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into control group （26 cases） and treatment group （34 cases）. Control group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets （20mg） once a day in the morning. Treatment group was treated with hemostatic glue sprayed by gastroscopa besideses omeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets. All patients receivied examination of gastrcscope after two weeks, Results After two weeks treatment, the healing rate of the treatment group was 91.17% and control group was 57.68% （P〈0.01）,There was significant difference in scar rate between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The treatment of spraying hemostatic glue by gastroscope and esomeprazole magnesium enteric - coated tablets could improve the healing of ulcer and relieve scar, It was safe and effective.
