摘要
目的:观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对儿童II度烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法:1997￣2004年我院烧伤科住院的II度烧伤病人共798例分成两组,治疗组399例用1%聚维酮碘、生理盐水清洗创面后,用喷有bFGF的纱布外敷创面,用药剂量为150Au/cm2。对照组399例除bFGF不用外,其余治疗相同。观察创面完全愈合时间。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间较对照组创面愈合时间提前,浅II度创面平均提前3.68d,深II度创面平均提前5.02d,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:bFGF有明显促进儿童II度烧伤创面愈合的作用。
Objective： To observe the healing effect of bFGF （recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor） on bum wound degree Ⅱ of children. Methods： 798 inpatiences from 1997 to 2004 were divided into two groups. One was experiment group. The other was control group .Bum wounds of expriment group were cleaned with 1% povidone iodine solution and NS, then they were treated with bFGF at a dosage of 150 Au/cm^2. Burn wounds of control group were cleaned with 1% povidone iodine solution and NS only. The time for complete healing （day） was observed after treatment. Results： The time for complete healing of exprintent group after treatment was less than the time of contral group ,The average ahead time （day） of superficial degree Ⅱ burn woand was 3,68 days .The average ahead time （day） of deep degree Ⅱ burn wound was 5.02 days. Conclusion： bFGF promotes the healing of burn wound degree Ⅱ of children significantly.
