摘要
以氯乙酸和硫化钠为原料,将氯乙酸加碱中和为氯乙酸钠,由氯乙酸钠与硫化钠反应生成硫代二乙酸钠后用酸化的方法制备硫代二乙酸。确定反应温度45℃、pH值8.5、反应时间5h为最佳反应条件,纯度在95%左右,收率为76%左右。
In this paper we proposed a way of synthesizing thiodiglycolic aeid with chloroacetic acid and sodium sulfide as the raw materials. First of all, add bases into the chloroacetic acid to neutralize, so it changed into sodium chloroacetate. Then use soditan chloroacetate and sodium sulfide as the reactants to produce sulfo- sedium diacetate.And after acidifying sulfo - soditan diacetate, thiodiglyeolic acid is born. Purity is 95%, productivity is 76%. The reaction takes place at the temperature of 45℃ and under the condition of pH = 8.5, it will complete in 5 hours.
