摘要
指出了目前治理“煤灰纱”存在的主要问题,分析了形成“煤灰纱”的颗粒物粒度。驻极体空气过滤材料具有优良的过滤性能,是治理“煤灰纱”的理想过滤材料。重点从滤料和过滤器结构两方面来设计“煤灰纱”专用型驻极体空气过滤器,同时也对该过滤器的清灰装置做了探讨。
Main problems in harnessing coal-dust stained yarn were pointed out, and diameter of particle in forming coal-dust stained yarn was analyzed. Electret air filter material has superior filter performance, so it is considered as ideal filter material for coal-dust stained yarn. Special type electret air filter is designed on the base of filter material and filter structure, and at the same time cleaning dust set of the filter is discussed.
