摘要
针对传统计算浆料定额方法局限于纯淀粉一个浆料品种的缺陷和不适应当前广泛应用化学浆料的实际情况,建立了一种能有效控制浆料消耗的新方法,介绍了公式的推导、参数的选择和在实际生产中的应用情况。
Traditional calculation quota method of sizing agent has fault that it only can calculate starch sizing agent and it is not suitable for chemical sizing agent which is using in wide area nowadays. According to the limitation, a kind of new method of controlling sizing agent consumption efficiency is established. Formula derivation, parameter choice and application in production were introduced.
