摘要
介绍了平面式并联齿轮马达的结构原理;得出了输出转矩的计算公式;对瞬时输出转矩的脉动进行了分析。结果表明:在取奇数齿时,该马达的瞬时输出转矩的脉动率显著降低,脉动频率增加一倍,均匀性改善。
The paper introduces the construction and principle of plane- parallel-gear motors, presents the formula of output torque, and analyzes the transient pulsation of the output torque. The results indicate that the transient pulsation of the output torque can be evidently reduced, the pulsation frequency can increase twice and the performance can be improved when the number of the gear teeth is odd （ z = 2k ＋ 1 ） .
