摘要
利用UG软件中的二次开发工具UG/GRIP语言编程,成功地实现了适用于5种常用运动规律的尖顶、滚子、平底摆动推杆盘形凸轮的参数化自动实体建模,对提高凸轮设计效率和精度,凸轮机构运动和动力分析、进行有限元分析和利用Manufacturing模块对凸轮机构加工有极其重要的指导意义与实用价值。
Using UG/GRIP language to program in UG, perform the automatic entity model building of cam plate in this paper, which is for lancet, roller, oscillating push - rod and so on five moving laws. It is quite important and practical to raise the design efficiency and precision of cam, for moving and power analysis, finite element analysis of cam mechanism, and machining by using manufacturing module.
