在数控线切割机床上实现模具抛光 被引量:3

摘要 针对模具制造中的研磨抛光工序和高速数控机床在模具制造中的广泛应用,提出了在线切割机床上切割完模具的凹腔后,不拆卸工件,利用装在机床上的气动抛光头进行抛光,并利用机床的数控功能对抛光轨迹进行控制。通过调整数控程序中的偏置参数实现对抛光压力的控制,实现恒压力抛光。在实际加工中已验证了此方法的可行性,并取得了较好的加工效果。 According to the widely application of polishing process and high - speed WEDM in mould making industry, a new method is proposed, in which after the workpiece been machined on WEDM, it's polished by the pneumatic tool fixed on the machine before unloaded from the machine. The polishing track will be controlled by the CNC of the machine. Isobarically control can be realized by adjusting the offset parameters of the program. The feasibility and the effectiveness of the method have been proved by practic application.
