摘要
采用多智能代理(Multi-Agent)技术进行可重组制造系统的调度研究,根据生产任务生成一个动态逻辑制造单元,生产调度是由调度部分对单元内的资源进行的,并分析了调度系统的工作工程。在此基础上,采用统一建模语言UML建立了系统的包图、类图、协作图。系统有两个包,动态逻辑制造单元包和调度包,每个智能代理(Agent)设计为一个类,分析了每个类的属性和操作,协作图则表示了不同对象间的相互协作和消息传递。选用建模工具RationalRose2000建立系统的UML模型,并可生成系统的代码框架。
Multi - Agent technology is used in the research on production scheduling of reconfigurable manufacturing system. A dynamic logical manufacturing unitis established according to the task, and production scheduling is performed on the resources of the manufacturing unit by scheduling part. Working process of the scheduling system is analyzed. On the basis of this research, package drawing, class drawing and collaboration drawing are established with UML. The system has two package, dynamic logical manufacturing unit package and scheduling package, each Agent is designed as a class, and the property and operation of each Agent is analyzed, collaboration drawing indicates the collaboration and message transfer during different Agent. Modeling tool Rational Rose 2000 is used to establish the model of the scheduling system, and create the code frame of the system.
