摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取光皮木瓜挥发油,经GC-M S分离与分析,鉴定出46种化合物。主要成分包括4-甲基-5-(1,3-二戊烯基)-二氢呋喃-2-酮、4-(3-羟基-3-甲基-1-丁炔)-苯甲酸甲酯、γ-癸内酯、正己醇、a-杜松醇、顺-11-十六烯酸、辛酸己酯等,涉及内酯类、酯类、酸类、醇类、酚醚类等化合物,另外还有少量烃、醛、酮、杂环以及含氮化合物。内酯及酯类共计20个组分,含量合计40%以上,为光皮木瓜挥发油主要组成部分。内酯及酯类、酸类、醇类、酚醚类等作为重要的香料物质,它们的共同作用形成光皮木瓜特有的风味。
The volatile oil in Chaenomeles sinensis was extracted by stream distillation and was analyzed by GC-MS. About 46 different compounds were isolated and identified. The main compounds were 4-Methyl-5-penta- ( 1, 3-dienyltetrahydro )-furan-2-ketone, Benzoic acid, 4-( 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-butynyl)-, methyl ester, 2 (3H)-Furanone, 5-hexyldihydro-, 1-Hexanol, a-Cadonol, Hexadecenoic acid,Z-11-, etc. They were assigned to inner ester, ester, acid, alcohol, phenol-ether and included a few hydrocarbons, aldehydes, ketones, heterocyclic compounds and nitrogenous compounds. As the main components of volatile oil in Chaenorneles sinensis, the inner esters and esters summed up to 20 categories, occupying more than 40% of total contents, and as the important perfume compounds,inner esters, esters, acids, alcohols and phenol-ethes contributed mutually to the particular flavor of Chaenomeles sinensis.
