简要介绍了C_5石油树脂的合成路线和石油树脂的性能及用途。重点介绍了石油树脂的加氢改性和化学改性方法,加氢改性还包括直接生产加氢石油树脂的方法,加氢改性后的石油树脂产品氧化稳定性好,色泽浅,可用作路标漆和增粘剂等;化学改性方法主要有两种,一种是用带有极性基团的单体马来酸酐对石油树脂进行接枝共聚改性,马来酸酐改性后的石油树脂产品软化点96℃,色泽7,酸值2.0 mgKOH/g,具有良好的流动性,可用作交通涂料的配料;另一种是在C_5原料中加入苯乙烯,苯乙烯改性后的石油树脂软化点97℃,产品适用于热熔胶和热敏胶的增粘组分。
The synthesis route, properties and application of C5 petroleum resin were briefly introduced. Hydrogenation modification and chemical modification of C5 petroleum resin were described with emphasis. The former modification also included directly producing hydrogenated petroleum resin. The petroleum resin after hydrogenation modification had good stability against oxidation and light color, and could be used as traffic paints and adhesive. The latter modification mainly comprised modifications using maleic anhydride with polar groups and vinylbenzene. For the maleic modification, the softening point of petroleum resin was 96℃, color 7, acid value 2.0 mg KOH/g, and it had good flowability and could be use as the component in traffic paint. For the vinylbenzene modification, the softening point of petroleum resin was 97℃, and could be use as tacknffying component in hot melt adhesive and hot sensitive adhesive.
