摘要
文章介绍了多媒体著作及著作权的发展特点 ,指出多媒体创作过程中著作权保护的重要性 ,并就如何提高多媒体创作授权谈判的效率及成功率提出了我国著作权管理制度的现状及前景。
The paper introduces the characleristics of multi- media work and copyright as we11 as the imtportance of copyright protection, then advances the curreat status and future of the copyright management system in our conntry aimed at mt proving the efficiency and success rate of negotiation of authorization.
