摘要
通过对金银花、蒲公英、连翘、紫花地丁、丹参五味中药组成的复方(自拟方)分别采取水提、水醇提取、醇水提取、超声波强化浸出四种不同的提取方法,建立紫外分光光度法,在327nm波长处测定四种提取方法中绿原酸的含量分别为10.0167、6.9333、7.400、9.6333mg/g原药材;绿原酸提取率分别为32.52%、22.52%、24.03%、31.28%;得膏率分别为25.3%、18.70%、14.0%、16.4%。结果水提和超声波强化浸出两种工艺提取效果较好。
To study the compound consist of flos lonicerae.herba taraxaci,fruetus forsythiae,herba violae and radix salviae miltiorrhizae.The content of chlorogenic acid was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotomety in 327 waver through the materials were extracted by solvent extraction,ethanol precipitation,ethanol extraction and process ultrasonic treatment.The contents of chlorogenic acid were 10.0167mg/g,6.9333mg/g,10.0167mg/g,6.9333mg/g,respetively,7.4000mg/g,9.633mg/g;chlorogenic acid yield were 32.52%,22.52%,24.03%,31.28% respetively;extractyield;25.3%,18.70%,14.00%,16.40%,Conclusion:the extraction process of water and ultrasonic treatments were optimum.
