摘要
介绍了MK95卷烟机PID重量控制系统的结构,对其控制原理进行了分析重量信号的检测、控制过程、削减盘电机速度控制、数字PID控制算法的实现、PID参数选择。同时还论述了系统定标及校正问题。通过对现场采集数据分析,采用PLC控制器的PID控制算法实现的烟支重量控制系统,硬件设计简单,可在线调整参数,系统响应速度快,控制准确可靠,完全可替代原模拟重量控制系统。
The PID weight control system's structure of MK95 cigarette machine was introduced and the principle about the control system was analyzed, such as the check of weight symbol, PID parameter choice. At the same time, the system norm and the adjustment problem was discussed.Through the analysis about the collected data online, weight control system adopted PID control arithmetic which hardware design is very simple, the parameter can be adjusted online, it is very accurate and reliable, so it can completely be instead of the old weight control system.
