摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代,知识管理的重要性日益凸显。介绍了知识管理的含义和高校图书馆进行知识管理的重要性,提出了建立知识管理的人才体系,创建数字化图书馆,提供个性化服务等进行知识管理的对策。
The 21^st century is an age of the knowledge-based economy,the importance of the knowledge management is more and more obvious. This paper introduces the meaning of the knowledge management and the importance of carrying out the knowledge management in university library,and puts forward some countermeasures for carrying out the knowledge management such as establishing the talents system forthe knowledge management, creating the digital library, and providing the individualized service, etc.
