摘要
结合工作实际,对高校图书馆中文图书采购招标的利弊进行了分析,介绍了几种典型的招标方法,并提出在具体操作中应注意的一些事项和问题。
Connecting with the working practice, this paper analyzes on the merits and demerits of the open tender of the Chinese books of university library, introduces several typical methods of inviting to tender, and puts forward some matters and problems needing attention in the concrete operation.
