摘要
目的了解厦门地区正常人群骨密度的水平及特点,以便为本地区骨质疏松症的研究、预防提供有益的依据.方法本研究采用美国LUNAR公司生产的DEXA双能X线骨密度仪,对厦门地区及外地迁来厦门居住的5347名正常L2~4进行检测.结果厦门地区正常健康人群男的骨峰值35岁,女的骨峰值30岁;女性腰椎L2~L4骨密度40岁后随年龄增长骨量下降,女性50岁后下降加速;男人45岁后骨密度逐渐下降,但无明显加速丢失期.厦门地区人群骨密度高于外地迁厦者.结论骨密度高低与遗传、环境、海洋、地域、生活习惯、重视健康状况都有关系.骨质疏松症是可预防的,骨质疏松性骨折也可以避免.
Objective To determine the BMD of healthy people in Xiamen area and provide significant data for the study and prevention of osteoporosis in the area. Methods Five thousand and three hundred forty seven people lived in Xiamen or emigrated from other area of China were examined. The BMD of L1-L4 lumber vertebra was measured by dual energy X- ray absorptiometry (DEXA) produced by LUNAR company in USA. Results It was found that the age of peak BMD in men was 35 years old, while it was 30 years old in women. The BMD of lumber vertebra between L2 and L4 began to decrease after 40 years old in female, and accelerated after 50 years old. However, it's not the same case in male. Their BMD was decreased step by step after 45 years old without accelerating. It's also fond that the BMD of aborigines was higher than that of the people emigrating from other area. Conclusion The BMD is associated with many factors such as inheritance, environment, ocean, living areas, living habit, healthy status and so on. The diseases of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures are preventible.
