摘要
目的研制一种新型的骨折内固定器械,即弹力内锁髓内钉,对其进行生物力学性能测试,为临床应用提供依据。方法用8付新鲜成人股骨标本,制成股骨中下2/5骨折,分别用弹力内锁髓内钉、国产内锁髓内钉、钢板及梅花钉内固定,对内固定后的标本进生物力学测试,用Spss统计软件对实验数据进行分析。结果弹力内锁钉抗旋转刚度接近交锁髓内钉,钢板最强,梅花钉最差。结论弹力内锁钉在冶疗股骨中下段骨折中固定可靠,符合生物力学要求。该器械结构合理,简单实用,有一定的临床价值。
Objective To evalution the biomechanical property of elastic interlocking intramedullary nail, a self - made fixation apparatus for femoral shaft fracture. Methods Eight pairs of fresh moist femurs were obtain from adult cadavers to product fracture models of the femur shaft at the lower 2/Spart. The femurs were divided into 2 groups (n = 8). Meihua nails and elastic interlocking intramedullar nails were used in group 1, while plate and the interlocking nails to fix femur were adopted in group 2. The biomechanical parameters of the nails and plates were measured and the result processed with SPSS software. Results Elastic interlocking intramedullar nails possesdthe similar rigidity against rotation than interlocking nails did, plate was the strongest, Meihua nails was the weakest. Conclusion Elastic interlocking intramedullar possses good biomechanic property and can produce firm fixation for long bone fracture, thus being of value in the fracture clinic practice. The instrument structure is in reason, simple and practical.
