摘要
社会转型时期，各种新情况、新问题层出不穷。领导干部作为一个特殊的社会群体，面临着严峻的挑战和考验，许多人感到难以应付，心理健康问题日渐突出。开展心理健康教育、引入心理健康调查与测试等，对于解决干部的心理健康问题至关重要。
New situations and problems are emerging one after another in social transition. As a special group, leading cadres feel it difficult to handle in the face of severe challenges and tests, the problem of cadres, health of mind is more and more outstanding. To solve the problem, it is important to develop education and introduce investigation and tests of health of mind.
