摘要
采用了压团中温固结的方法将转炉尘泥制作成团块状化渣剂用于转炉冶炼生产,研究中首先进行了多种尘泥球团制作方法的对比实验,从中寻找出了一种最适宜的球团工艺,然后通过系统实验确定了最佳的工艺参数;在实验的基础上,通过自主设计建成了新的转炉尘泥化渣剂球团生产线;在生产中,调整工艺参数以提高尘泥球团的强度,满足了炼钢生产要求,使尘泥球团最终在安钢炼钢过程中得到了非常成功的应用。
A new method was used to treat convener resloue, i. e. the convener residue was made as a pellet slagging agent by briquetting and roasting in a medium temperature, then the agent was smelted as additives in convener, the results indicated that it may be used instead of iron ores and lime partly and its intensity can meet the need of steel-making, the pellet prepared with convener residue has been successfully applied in Anyang Steel & Iron Corporation.
