摘要
自我同一性是艾里克森关于青少年人格发展理论中的重要概念。本文以马克思主义内因理论为指导,在指出自我同一性是青少年健全人格关键的基础上,分析了自我同一性危机的表现和根源,对达成自我同一性的三个途径,即培养一致的情感和态度、培养贯通的需要和能力、培养恒定的目标和信念进行了初步探讨。
Self-identity is an important concept which is the Erikson's personality development theory. This paper guides with the Marxism's Internal Cause Theory, analyses the display and the cause of the self-identity crises, basesd on the self-identity,which is the keys of the adolescent's sound personality, primarily discusses three ways of the adolescent's selfidentity achievement, such as develop the identical emotion and attitude, develop the joined need and ability, develop the lasting aim and belief.
