摘要
阐述了目前TEACO_2激光器几种常见电极的设计方法与结构,分别比较了它们的优缺点。用模拟电荷法计算了近似Rogowski电极和Chang电极的电场强度,将计算结果与各自放电实验图片作了对照和分析。计算与实验结果吻合,达到了均匀放电的效果,最后提出了改进建议。
The design and structure of several common-used electrodes for TEA CO2 laser are presented. The advantage and disadvantage of these electrodes are compared. The electric field at the electrode surface is calculated by the mock-charge method, and the results are compared with the discharge photographs. The calculation results correspond with the experiments principally and uniform discharge is obtained. The improvement advice is brought forward at the end of the paper.
