摘要
利用PCR-RFLP技术检测了成都麻羊和波尔山羊生长激素(G rowth Hormone,GH)基因的HaeⅢ酶切多态性。结果表明:成都麻羊和波尔山羊2个山羊群体中均存在GH基因HaeⅢ酶切位点的多态性,且均有A、B两个等位基因。成都麻羊群体等位基因A和B的基因频率分别为0.621 6和0.378 4;波尔山羊群体中等位基因A和B的基因频率分别为0.534 5和0.465 5。GH基因HaeⅢ酶切位点的基因型分布在两个山羊群体中均极显著偏离Hardy-W e inberg平衡定理(P<0.01),但两个群体间不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。
By the technology of polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR - RFLP) , genetic polymorphism of Hae Ⅲ site of growth hormone gene in Chengdu - Ma goats and Boer goats was tested. The result showed that the Hae Ⅲ sites controlled by allele A and B were polymorphic in Chengdu Ma goats and Boer goats. The allele frequencies of A and B were 0. 621 6 and 0. 378 4 in Chengdu Ma goats respectively ; and the allele frequencies of A and B were 0. 534 5 and 0. 465 5 in Boer goats respectively. The genotype distribution of Hae Ⅲ sites in Chengdu Ma goats and Boer goats didnt fit significantly Hardy - Weinberg Law ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but the difference of the genotype distribution between Chengdu Ma goats and Boer goats isnt significant ( P 〉0. 05).
