摘要
企业与企业以及企业与其环境的关系的研究可以从生态学中得到很多启示:企业间存在竞争、捕食、寄生、偏害、偏利、协作和共生等相互作用关系,企业进化的实质是企业生态位在不同层次和层次间由低级向高级不断演化的过程,企业生态系统也经历着形成、成长、成熟、衰亡与更新的演化过程。依据企业生态原理,要提高我国涉农企业竞争力,首先应着眼于企业生态位分析,确立企业的核心竞争能力,从而进一步确认企业最具优势的部分并借以组建农业企业生态系统。构建我国农业企业生态系统的关键在于转变经营理念,确立企业生态竞争观;促进农业产业化和培育企业生态系统创新网络。
Many illuminations carl be learned from ecology about relations between enterprise and enterprise, enterprise and its environments: reciprocity relations such as competition, prey, autoeciousness, intergrowth exist between enterprise and enterprise; enterprise ecosystem evolves from origination, development, maturation to contabescence. According to enterprise ecology theory, agricultural enterprise ecosystems should be established in order to enhance competition of enterprises related to agriculture. The key approaches include: change managing viewpoints; strengthen agricultural industrialization; foster innovation network of enterprise ecosystem.
