摘要
目的总结经尿道腔内镜治疗成人输尿管囊肿的经验。方法采用经尿道电汽化或等离子电切治疗输尿管囊肿15例,6例采用囊肿去顶术,9例切除囊肿靠膀胱颈侧约1/3的囊壁。结果手术时间9￣20min,平均15min,估计出血5mL,15例患者中2例出现反流。结论经尿道腔内镜治疗成人输尿管囊肿具有操作简单,创伤小,安全可靠的特点,是一种值得推广的方法。
[ Objective ] We summarized the experience of transurethral endoscopic electrovaporization of ureteroceles in adults. [Methods] There were 15 patients underwent transurethral endoscopic electrovaporization,6 cases got unroofing partly cystectomy, while other 9 cases removed only the 1/3 ureterocele portion which at the junction between the ureterocele and the bladder wall. [Results] The mean time was 15 （rang, 9~20） min, the estimated blood loss was 5 mL. Only 2 cases occurred denovo vesico-ureteric reflux. [Conclusions] The Transurethral endoscopic electrovaporization of ureteroceles in adults is feasible and safe. Since its minimal invasive and quicker completed, the approach is popularized worthfully,
