摘要
本文研究了Zn-SiO_2复合镀的方法以及电解液组成、电流密度等因素对镀层组成和表面形态的影响。发现Zn-SiO_2复合镀改善了镀层的表面形态,由于镀层中含有SiO_2和表面呈现凹凸状。提高了与高分子胶粘剂的粘结性能。
Adhesion of Zn-SiO_2 composite ooating with polymer binderwas investigated. It was found that factors such as electrolyte,current density and so on affected the composition and surfacemorphology of the composite coating. Adhesion between thecomposite coating and polymer binder was improveddue to thepresence of SiO_2 component in the coating and wave on thecoating surface.
