摘要 聚合物/油相对渗透率曲线是研究多相渗流规律和进行油田动态预测的重要依据。由于聚合物溶液在多孔介质中流动的复杂性,其粘度随流速而改变,因此,常规的确定油/水相对渗透率的方法不适合聚合物/油体系。文中提出了一种确定聚合物/油相对渗透率曲线的新方法,该方法首先测定达西粘度与剪切速率关系曲线,进而将两相流动时不同饱和度所对应的聚合物渗流速度转变为剪切速率,根据达西粘度与剪切速率关系曲线查得相应的达西粘度,代入达西方程,即可求得该饱和度下的聚合物有效渗透率。该方法省时、简单且测定结果准确,为油田动态预测及数值模拟提供了可靠依据。 Polymer/oil relative permeability curves are the important basis for researching multiple phase flow and predicting production. Because of the complexity of polymer solution in porous media, the viscosity of solution changes with flow velocity. So the general way to measure water/oil relative permeability is not suitable for polymer and oil system. This paper presents a new way to determine polymer/oil relative permeability. This method consists of 3 steps. The first is to derive the relationship between Darcy viscosity and shear rate. The second is to transfer Darcy velocity into shear rate when two phases flow. The third is to look up corresponding Darcy viscosity from the curve of Darcy viscosity against shear rate, then to calculate effective permeability by Darcy equation.
