摘要 分别介绍了低、中碳钢在硝酸体系和草酸-过氧化氢溶液体系,低碳钢在磷酸-硫酸-硝酸体系,高碳钢在缩合磷酸体系以及过氧化氢-氟化氢胺体系中的化学抛光工艺.对草酸-过氧化氢溶液体系各组分含量及工艺条件对抛光效果的影响进行了研究.从失重和光反射率角度研究了低碳钢在磷酸-硫酸-硝酸体系中的化学抛光行为,结果显示:于110 ℃下,当磷酸、硫酸、硝酸和水的含量分别为52%、32%、8%和8%时,可以获得最佳的抛光效果.总结了高碳钢在过氧化氢-氟化氢胺体系中的化学抛光注意事项:抛光液pH控制在1.5~2.5范围内,铁含量不能高于35 g/L,温度在15~25 ℃,并根据实情及时补充消耗物. Abstract: The chemical polishing processes of low-carbon steel and mid-carbon steel in the systems of nitric acid and oxalic acid-hydrogen peroxide, low-carbon steel in the system of phosphoric acid-sulphate acid-nitric acid, high-carbon steel in the systems of condensed phosphoric acid and hydrogen peroxideammonium hydrogen fluoride were introduced. The influences of various components and process conditions of the system of oxalic acid-hydrogen peroxide on the effect of chemical polishing were studied. The behavior of chemical polishing of lowcarbon steel in the system of phosphoric acid-sulphate acid-nitric acid was investigated by the ways of weight loss and optical reflectivity. Results show that the best polishing effect can be gained under conditions of 110℃ and phosphoric acid, sulphate acid, nitric acid and water content of 52 %, 32 %, 8%and 8 % respectively. Remarks worth attention on chemical polishing of high-carbon steel in the system of hydrogen peroxideammonium hydrogen fluoride were summarized as follows: the pH value of polishing bath should be controlled in range of 1.5-2.5, content of iron no more than 35 g/L, temperature in the range of 15-25℃, and the spent materials should be supplimented in time based on practice.
