摘要
目的了解连云港市城乡蚊虫密度的消长及种群构成,为制定蚊类防制措施提供科学依据.方法采用人工小时法和帐诱法诱捕,蚊虫做成标本后进行分类、鉴定、计数.结果人房蚊虫密度高峰期在6~10月,6月为最高,室外蚊虫密度高峰期在8~10月,9月为最高.优势蚊种为淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊,分别占了66.1%和28.1%.结论淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊是连云港市的优势种群,是防灭蚊的重点.
Objective To study the growth and decay of mosquitoes density and the species forming in towns and villages in Lianyungang city, and to provide the scientific basis for preventing mosquitoes. Methods Using man-attracting way and net-attracting way to capture the mosquito, The mosquitoes were made for specimen, then classified,identified, counted. Results Mosquitoes were discovered in the room from June to October. The highest density occurred in June. The more mosquito density' s period was from August to October. September was the highest. The power space in Lianyungang city was Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens , and their rates in the total mosquito were 66. 1% and 28. 1% respectively. Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens were the power species in Lianyungang city. They were important in preventing mosquitoes.
