摘要
目的对MicroScanAutoScan-4(MS-Auto4)系统筛选大肠埃希菌(Eco)和肺炎克雷伯菌(Kpn)产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的可靠性评价。方法在MS-Auto4系统对临床标本分离的150株Eco和65株Kpn进行ESBLs筛选的同时,用纸片扩散法做表型确证试验。结果150株Eco和65株Kpn中,经确证ESBLs阳性的有40株和21株,系统提示为可疑产为ESBLs的有60株和26株,可筛选出全部ESBLs阳性菌株,灵敏度为100%,特异度为83.8%,假阳性率为16.2%,没有造成漏筛。结论用MS-Auto4系统对Eco和Kpn进行鉴定及药敏试验的同时,可利用其专家系统对ESBLs进行筛选,有助于临床及早制订合理的治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate the reliability of Micmscan Autoscan-4 system (MS-Auto4) on screening of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) in common bacteria. Methods Confirmatory test for EBSLs in 150 Escherichia coli(Eco) and 65 Klebsiella pneumoniaes(Kpn) was detected by disk diffusion(K-B) method when screening test was performed by MS-Auto4. Results ESBLs-producing strains confirmed by K-B method were 40 and 21 respectively in 150 Eco and 65 Kpn, suspected ESBLs-producing strains screened by MS-Auto4 were 60 and 26. MS-Auto4 could screen all the ESBLs-producing strains, the sensitivity and specificity were 100% and 83.8%, and the false positive rate was 16.2%, no strains were false to be screened.Conclusions MS-Auto4 can screen for ESBLs when it detect on common bacteria.
