摘要
妊娠期间合并甲状腺功能减退症或甲状腺功能亢进症,会对胎儿的智力构成危害,并增加胎儿死亡率。且这两种疾病常见,因此建议妊娠期间检测促甲状腺素及游离甲状腺素,以便早发现、早治疗。该文就妊娠合并甲状腺功能异常对胎儿影响的研究现状进行综述。
Maternal hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism during pregnancy is associated with fetal imparied intelligence development and increased fetal mortality.And these two conditions are commonly seen during pregnancy,So, we suggest that maternal serum thyrotropin and free thyroxine should be monitored in order to , diagnose and treat gestational thyroid dysfunction early, In this article, we summarized current status of study on effect of maternal gestational thyroid dysfunction on the fetus.
