摘要 过去10年大量证据表明绝经后妇女长期应用激素替代治疗弊大于利。天然的植物雌激素做为一种甾体激素以外的性激素替代物引起了人们的广泛关注。其在改善围绝经期症状,降低血脂水平,防止骨质疏松,预防尿失禁等方面有着有益作用,但其对是否增加乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌风险,对认知功能及对生育能力的影响存在争议。该文就当前研究进行综述。 Large amount of evidences over the past decade proved that risks caused by HRT overwhelm any benefits of it.Phytoestrogens, such as soy isoflavones and red clover products and/or cimicifuga racemosa (CR),are newly found selective estrogen receptor modulators( phyto-SERMS),In this article, we discussed their mechanisms of action and reviewed the literatures on effect of these bio-active compounds. They exert benificial roles in improvement of postmenopausal symptoms such as hot flash, prevention of osteoporosis and urinary incontinence.But meanwhile, they increase risks of heart disease,breast cancer and endometrial cancer,Furthermore, whether they influence the cognitive function and fertile ability is controversial till now.
