摘要
经1000μg/mlβ-氨基丁酸(β-ABA)喷雾处理后,湖北海棠叶片中POD、SOD、PAL、PPO活性均升高,并在处理后第5~7天内,活性达到最高,在处理后11天内仍高于对照.β-ABA处理也促进湖北海棠叶片的超微弱发光,其变化趋势与抗性酶系活性类似.
It was studied that the activities of POD, SOD, PAL and PPO in Malus hupehensis(Pampan) Rehd. leaves were induced with the treatment of 1000μg/m1 β-ABA. The activities of these enzymes reached the peak within 5 or 7 days after treatment, and were still higher than those of the comparison within 11 days. And the treatment of β-ABA enhanced the leaves' ultraweak luminescence, which was similar with the change of activities of the resistance and defense enzymes.
