摘要
本文模拟计算掘进机截割头横摆截割时的载荷波动,以载荷波动最小化为目标,建立了截齿排列参数优化设计数学模型,用序列二次规划(SQP)进行优化设计,截割头的载荷波动明显降低。
The simulation calculation of load fluctuation on cutting head of roadheader during swing is carried out in this paper. The mathematic model of optimum design for bit arrangement on cutting head of roadheader is built.Using series quadratic programming (SQP) the bit arrangement is optimized, and the load fluctuation of cutting head is evidently reduced.
