旅游产业经历了景点竞争、线路竞争和城市竞争,开始进入区域竞争的阶段。目前中国国内区域旅游合作掀起了新的热潮。从京津冀区域旅游的优势与增长速度看,发展潜力巨大。2005-2010年是天津城市十一五规划发展时期,也是天津旅游产业实现跨越式发展的关键时期,更是天津在京津冀、环渤海、东北亚区域经济中发挥重要作用的战略机遇期。我们应抓住机遇,根据天津城市在京津冀区域中的比较优势,塌下心来做好“天津城市在京津冀区域旅游中的发展战略”,包括天津旅游发展战略的市场定位、产业定位、旅游产品形态定位、旅游目的地形象定位,以及旅游资源开发战略和政策支持体系等。
The tourism industry has experienced the scenic spot competition, the route competition, the city competition, starting to enter the stage of region competition. At present, the Chinese domestic cooperation in regional tourism has started a new upsurge. Looking from the advantage and the growth rate of Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei regional tourism, the development potential is enormous. The year of 2005-2010 is the development period of Tianjin's eleventh five-year plan, as well as a crucial time for Tianjin's tourism industry to realize great development. Furthermore, it is the strategic opportunity time for Tianjin to play vital role in regional economy including the regions of Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei, pawBohai Sea, and Northeast Asia. We should hold this opportunity, on the basis of comparative advantage of Tianjin city in the Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei region, setting its heart at rest to complete Tianjin's tourism development strategy,which may include market orientation, industrial orientation, the modality orientation of tourism product, the image orientation of traveling destination, as well as the development strategy of traveling resources and policy support system, etc.
