摘要
在分析连铸坯质量时,温度和应力应变的计算是一项关键且工作量大的工作。本文介绍一个通用的板坯温度和机械应变计算机辅助分析软件。采用数据可视化技术以易于分析、理解的图形形式将结果显示出来,便于分析铸坯温度、配水设计、凝固进程以及由于鼓肚和矫直产生的机械应变的数值、变化趋势。从中可以揭示和分析二次冷却和机械因素对铸坯质量的影响,为优化二冷和确定对弧精度要求提供了科学依据。
In the analysis on slab quality, the calculation on temperature and strain is of importance.This paper describes the computer - aided analysis software developed for slab temperature and strain analysis, which can be seen in visualized numerical and graphical forms and used by the engineers for analyzing slab temperatune, secondary cooling water distribution and solidification as well as mechanical strain data and trend due to buldge and unbending operation. With the application, the influence of secondary cooling and mechanical aspects on the slab quality can be analyzed to provide the scientific basis for the optimization on secondary cooling and the improvement of curve aligning accuracy.
