摘要
一站式服务的目的是删繁就简,实现服务流程和内容的集成、整合。要提高医院的服务质量,实行一站式服务势在必行。新建成的医院从建筑设计上就考虑到一站式服务的要求,并在门诊、急诊、健康查体中心均实行了一站式服务。高水平的医院信息系统为一站式服务提供了保障。一站式服务把以病人为中心落到实处,取得了良好的社会效益,拓宽了服务领域。
The aim of One-stop Service is to simplify and integrate the servioe flow and contents. In order to improve the quality of hospital servioe, it is necessary to implement One-stop Servioe. The new constructed hospital is designed for One-stop Service, and One-stop Service is provided in the out-patient department, emergency department and the examination center. The high level hospital information system makes One-stop Servioe possible. One-stop Service promotes patient-centered care, obtains goot social efficiency and enlarges service scope.
