腔内两重双J管引流术治疗输尿管及UPJ狭窄 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨腔内两重双J管引流术治疗输尿管狭窄及UPJ狭窄的效果。方法:对原发或继发性的26例狭窄(其中输尿管11例,UPJ15例)患者采用输尿管镜下钬激光切开狭窄段和去除息肉后,输尿管腔内置入两根双J管引流,术后留置10~12周。结果:26例随访2~24个月,平均18个月。患者拔除双J管后均无腰胀、发热等症状。IVP示引流通畅,B超示患肾积水明显改善,输尿管无狭窄,UPJ无梗阻。结论:腔内两重双J管引流术可有效预防输尿管及UPJ术后再发狭窄。 Objective:To assess the method and significance of intracavitary drainage using two equally sized double pigtail stents in the treatment of ureteral stricture and ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Methods: From Mar 2003 to Jan 2005, 26 patients with primary or secodary stricture, including 11 cases of ureterostenosis and 15 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction, were treated with retrograde ureteroscopic endostomy using the holmium: YAG laser, Postoperatively two double pigtail stents were placed in ureters for indwelling for 10~12 weeks.Results:Followup was available in all cases at a mean of 18 months. Success,defined as improved drainage on radiographic study and absent clinical symptoms, were achieved in 26 patients. There were no surgical complications.Conclusions:Placement of two indwelling double pigtail stents could effectively prevent recurrence stricture in postoperative ureteroscopic endotomy.
