摘要
目的:探讨花虫胶囊对小鼠游泳时间的影响。方法:取小鼠,随机分组,即生理盐水组和花虫胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。各组分别灌胃给药3d,于末次给药后在小鼠尾部束一2g的重物。给药30min后将小鼠放入玻璃缸内游泳。小鼠头部沉入水中10s不能浮出水面时的时间,为小鼠游泳时间。结果:花虫胶囊高剂量组小鼠游泳时间为(22·8±9·43)min,与正常对照组(7·80±5·11)min相比有非常显著性差异。结论:花虫胶囊可明显增加小鼠的游泳时间,提高机体的抗疲劳能力。
Objective: To study the effects of Huachong capsule on swimming time in mice. Methods: Mice were divided into control group and treated group. The animals of the treated group had been given Huachong capsule for three days at low, moderate and high dose, respectively. After the last dosing 30 min, a 2 g weight was tied to the tail of each mouse and then these animals including the control and treated groups, were put into a glass pool filled with water, respectively. Their swimming time was recorded and compared one another. Results: The swimming time of the animals with high dose group was (22. 80±9.43) min and longer significantly than that of the control (7.80± 5.11) min(P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Huachong capsule can prolong the swimming time of mice and enhance their capacity of anti-fatigue.
