摘要
以酶催化亚麻油醇解反应制得的多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯为原料,研究了氯化亚铜吸附柱对其组分的分离效果,同时考察了进料量与吸附柱的体积比、载体类型(硅胶、氧化铝)和溶剂类型(石油醚、正己烷)等因素的影响。结果表明:氯化亚铜络合吸附柱分离多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯有良好的效果,通过吸附柱的分离可得到高于90%的α-亚麻酸乙酯产品。氯化亚铜吸附柱的效能明显优于传统的银离子吸附柱。
Starting from ethyl ester of poly - unsaturated fatty acids obtained from the enzymatic alcoholysis of linseed oil with ethanol, the efficacy of cuprous chloride adsorption column for the separation of α -ethyl linolenate from the above - mentioned of the poly - unsaturated fatty ester mixture was studied. The effects of the volume ratio of the feed to the adsorption column, the kind of the carrier (silica or alumina) for the cuprous chloride in the adsorption column, the kind of the desorbent (petroleum ether or n- hexane) on the adsorption operation were investigated. Experiment results show that the cuprous chloride adsorption column has a good efficacy for separation of poly - unsaturated fatty esters. The content of α - ethyl linolenate in the product can achieve higher than 90 % (w/%), which is significantly better that from the traditional silver ion adsorption column.
