摘要 抽油机节能增效一直是生产中迫切需要解决的问题。为此作者设计了一种采用了新型节能液压系统的游梁式抽油机,将液压传动技术与机械正平衡方法有机结合,采用可编程序控制器PLC作为核心控制组件的控制系统对液压传动系统发出指令来自动完成,可将换向时的动能回收利用,减少了驱动功率,节能效果显著。本文介绍了该新型节能液压系统游梁式抽油机的PLC控制系统I/O接线图、程序框图和梯形图。 Oil extracting efficiency with good energy saving characters has been an imperative problem remained to be solved. A new style beam pumping unit of energy saving hydraulic controlling system was designed. Controlled by PLC, combined hydraulic transmission technique with mechanical orthographic equilibrium, the system can reclaim and reutilize the kinetic energy during its redirection, so the driving power is reduced and the energy saving purpose is reached. The I/O distribution, the diagram of program frame and ladder programming of the system were introduced according to technology procedure.
