2种高产燕麦品种DNA分子的RAPD标记分析 被引量:11

摘要 为了快捷有效的鉴别2种高产燕麦Avenasativa品种:青永久001(5号)和青永久473号(6号),用40条RAPD引物对2个燕麦品种DNA分子进行了扩增。结果显示,大部分引物不能同时在2个品种间扩增出带,部分引物虽然能在2个品种间都能扩增出带,但扩增带的数目及电泳迁移率不相同。提示青永久001和青永久473亲缘关系较远,应用RAPD可以有效区分和鉴别。 In order to identity two high-yield oats species raplctly ancl eliecuveiy, expanamg DNA molecule of two oats species, Qing yunjiu 001 and Qing yunjiu 473, they were tested adopting 40 strip of RAPD primers. The results showed that most primers could not expand and produce stripe in two species, but the number of expanding stripe and electrophoresis movement rate were different between two species. This indicated that the two oats species, Qin gyunjiu 001 and Qing yunjiu 473, had distant consanguinity, they were identified effectively by RAPD application.
