卵巢黏液性肿瘤的治疗研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 卵巢黏液性肿瘤是卵巢肿瘤中常见的组织学类型之一>来源于卵巢表面的生发上皮,在卵巢交界性肿瘤中最常见>在卵巢恶性肿瘤中位居第二。黏液性囊腺瘤破裂会引起腹腔种植,因此切除时应尽量避免囊内容物污染腹腔;交界性黏液性肿瘤极少发生淋巴结转移,因此不常规行淋巴结清扫术;卵巢黏液性癌的淋巴累及率明显低于其他卵巢上皮癌,其对铂类化疗的反应率亦低于其他卵巢上皮癌。提高卵巢黏液性肿瘤的疗效值得探讨。
