摘要
对6个玉米育种骨干自交系幼胚组织培养进行了研究.结果表明:H99、CML161、7239的幼胚在添加了2.0~3.0mg/ml 2,4-D的改良正14诱导培养基上,其胚性愈伤组织诱导率分别为35.5%、38.5%、60.7%;在优化的植株再生培养系统中(改良正14大量元素+B5微量元素+N6维生素+0.5~2.0 mg/ml 6-BA),植株再生率高达90%以上.
The immatured embryo culture of six elite maize inbred lines in vitro was studied. The results showed that the induction rate of embryogenic calli of H99, CML161, 7239 were 35.5%, 38.5%, 60.7%, respectively on modified Zhengl4 medium with 2,4 -D 2.0-3.0mg/ml. The regeneration of the plantlets could reach above 90%on a improved medium consisting of principal elements of Zheng 14, microelements of BS, vitamin of N6 and 0. 5-2.0mg/ml 6 -BA.
