摘要
300kN恒加荷压力试验机是水泥等生产企业和质检部门的重要计量检测设备,主要用于水泥抗压强度的检测。该系统采用了自行研制的数字式微小流量阀和步进电机控制技术,能准确控制压力机的加荷速度,其精度完全达到或超过了国家标准的要求。文章介绍了微机控制300kN恒加荷压力试验机计量控制系统的总体结构和设计原理。
The Computer controlled constant stress hydraulic system was designed for 300kN cement compression testing machine which used to testing cement＇s compressive strength, and it was controlled by a digital controlled micro-flow Valve and loading at a constant stress rate. In the paper, detail study of its design principle and performance characteristic was presented.Experimental results indicated that this system possessed an ideal performance.
